             C O N S I G N M E N T     I N F O R M A T I O N
   ********************************************************************
     (#1)  To sell your equipment on our Website and in my you must
           send it to me for inspection.  I am always getting calls
           concerning the exact condition, lettering, tagging and
           wear on the equipment etc.

     (#2)  Send your equipment INSURED so that I have to sign for
           it.  This will protect you from loss.

     (#3)  ALWAYS send a letter or include a letter stating what you
           are sending and include any history of the equipment
           that you would like me to know.  ALWAYS include YOUR
           asking price for each piece of equipment.  I will add my
           consignment fee to your asking price.

     (#4)  Your equipment will be inventoried as soon as possible
           after its arrival.  I will send you a computer printout
           receipt for everything that has been sent to me.  Each
           piece will have an inventory number, a short description
           as well as your asking price.

     (#5)  The consignment equipment will be added to my Website as
           soon as possible.

     (#6)  As equipment sells and the buyer has had a chance to
           inspect their purchase we will send payment to you.

     (#7)  If while the equipment is in my possession you would like
           it returned or forwarded to another collector there will
           be a $5 PER PIECE handling change plus shipping.  This
           charge is for my time in inventoring, returning, or
           forwarding your equipment.  This applies to all equipment
           with a 1999 inventory number and later.

     (#8)  If this equipment is to be shipped outside of the United
           States you will be charged the $5 (if it applies), and
           the actual shipping rate plus any extra insurance that
           you request and pay for.  You must let me know what
           value to declare on the shipping of your equipment.  I
           will only be liable for the amount that you have insured
           your equipment for.

     (#9)  Please do not send any "STAR PLAYER" jerseys of NBA and
           NFL players unless you have a Letter of Authenticity for
           it.  The only "STAR PLAYER" jerseys I have on my Website
           will be either obtained by myself or jerseys that I know
           the history of.

    (#10)  AUTOGRAPHED equipment MUST include a Certificate of
           Authenticity to cover the autograph.  Otherwise your
           equipment will be sold either as game worn or a replica
           jersey that happens to have an signature on it.  I
           specialize in un-autographed and not autographed
           memorabilia.
