#30 Duffy NOB. Blue mesh jersey patterned after the Toronto Maple Leaf
jersey. Leafs style white emblem on the front with "CRYSTAL LAKE LEAFS"
embroidered on it in blue. Central States Hockey League patch sewn on
the right chest. White numbers also on the sleeves. Two white sleeve
stripes with the ends of the sleeves being white. Two white mesh
waistband stripes. Blue knit neck stripe. Everything is sewn on this
jersey except for "DUFFY" in white which is screened on a nameplate.

Czech shield emblem. White knit collar. White Nike swoosh on the right
chest. Larger mesh panel under each arm that continues to the
shoulder. Mesh sleeves. White stripe from the neck that continues
down the underside of the sleeve. Sleeve numbers. The ends of the
sleeves are white. The lower portion of the jersey has a large
royal blue panel next to another large white panel. White Nike swoosh
on the back just below the neckline. "HASEK" in white on a name
plate on the back. Separating the nameplate and the numbers is a
white stripe that continues across the jersey. White numbers edged
in navy and outlined in white. Below the numbers on back is a wide
white stripe that is ten inches tall and has "CZECH" screened on it

the Slovokia Hockey League. Red neck stripe. White Nike swoosh on

puck with the team crest and a red, white and blue banner. A white
pinstripe is below it and above the team crest and it circles the
jersey. A blue mesh panel is under the arms to the jersey bottom.
Down the sleeves is a wide white stripe with a center red stripe.
On top of the stripe is "26" in white, edged in red and outlined in
blue. A white Nike swoosh is on the back just below the neckline.
